In this workshop we will explore together the basics constructing a geometrical pattern then develop it into a unique composition reflects our inner world and calms down the noise of our minds by the repetitive mindful movement of building a mandala or an ornament .

everybody can do that, you don’t need any previous knowledge about the subject. all what you may need is curiosity and patience . We will start by learning some useful tricks and techniques, then it will be your own journey and exploration …

The session will be in a meditative, mindful and relaxing environment .
