This initiative aims to help organizations find ways to consciously become developmental-oriented. This means attention to both cognitive development (which is usually the focus of attention) but also, for example, to the relationship between body and mind and its consequences for a company. We act from the conviction that attention to the development of people leads to an ethical business result. The participants in the initiative engage in monthly discussions about the organizations where they work and together build alternative methods to help create more people-oriented organizations. These methods will eventually be put into practice.
